Dewberry selected for NOAA shoreline mapping contract

Dewberry has been selected by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) for the agency’s Shoreline Mapping Services contract. The five-year, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract has a ceiling of $40 million and will enable Dewberry and its partners to work with NOAA’s National Geodetic Survey to develop new technologies and initiatives to protect the nation’s coasts. Trump administration proposes slashing NOAA funding

The Washington Post reported March 3 that the Trump administration proposes slashing the budget of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) by 17 percent, cutting steeply into climate change research funding and satellite programs. USGS reveals 6 new California seafloor, coastal maps

Enhanced Sea-level Prediction System to Improve Coastal Flooding Plans
